Anxiety Happy i did it Mental health scared

I drove my car for the first time in 6 months!!

I did it.

It was terrifying, I started at a car park and then drove from there home.,

I did it but I was so scared!

I’m hoping to get back in to it tomorrow and have a little drive.

I can drive I just need more confidence.

What do I want to achieve in year 2018…

What am I going to achieve this year to come… 2018!

  • RED- run every day, the charity event for Mind,
  • Get to my goal weight and stay there,
  • Driving licence back,
  • Get healthy,
  • Visit the gym more often,
  • Be a good sister, auntie, God mother, and daughter,
  • Take more pride in my appearance,
  • Look after my cats better,
  • Tidy more often,
  • Be more thoughtful,
  • Get a voluntary job,
  • Finish the online course,
  • Finished sign language course,
  • Sky dive, indoors and outdoors,
  • Get driving licence back,
  • Buy a car,
  • Yoga classes,
  • Run more often,
  • Visit Iceland,
  • Move or redecorate,
  • Work on my book,
  • Manage money better,
  • Save money,
  • Stay in touch with extended family,
  • Become better at blogging, instagram and more well known.
  • Recovery college,
  • Work with support worker more,
  • Challenge myself,

I’m really going to try, I will put them in a better list.

I celebrated my 25th birthday in the hot tub with my cousin and my dad. It chucked it down with rain, but that didn’t stop us, having a drink and toasted the minute I turned 25.

Since turning 25, a few weeks ago, it’s been very eventful,

  • I’ve been in hospital,
  • Had a blood transfusion,
  • Went up town alone,
  • Family had a go at me,
  • Seen my care co ordinator once,
  • Seen my support worker,
  • Started my weight loss journey.

Here are my resolutions…

Planning a birthday weekend!

I usually hate birthdays but I’m going to celebrate “big style”

Okay that was the plan but that’s not how it went.

I didn’t go clubbing

I didn’t go swimming

I did stay away for a night

I did drink alcohol

I did visit a beach my nan used to take my dad,

I did get ice cream

I did watch a film

I did get to cuddle my baby 

I did go in hot tub at families home,

I did spend the day with my family

I am now 25, so what do I want to achieve this year…

  • Get to my goal weight,
  • Get a tattoo,
  • Get the micro-dermal piercing,
  • Voluntary work,
  • Join a gym club,
  • Spend more time with family,
  • Join a club/ support group,
  • Go on bus,
  • Take more pride in appearance,
  • Go on holiday
  • Save money.
  • I’m going to challenge myself,
  • I’m going to be more of who I want to be,
  • I’m going to put others first,
  • I’m going to be better person,
  • Blog more,

So I’m now officially 25.
