Day 22- Why I started my blog

I started my blog to let out what I’m going through and how I feel, also with this I’m hoping that I’m able to help others.

The first blog posts were introducing myself and my illnesses. And later found that I was just writing about days out and delusions. But with this I’ve received comments where I’ve managed to connect with people. Also the likes and follows mean so much to me so thank you.

I’m sorry if you can relate to my posts about mental illness because I can sympathise how hard it is or can be to cope day to day.

Done my steps so now to focus on scheduling blog post for the next few days.

Im trying to balance exercising and writing blog posts. It’s difficult to juggle them as they are both really important to me. Blog posts keep my brain healthy and free from everything this is going on in my brain but exercising helps to loose the fat that i feel is holding me back from moving on. If only there was a way to do both at the same time. The only time i feel i can do that is on the exercise bike and using my phone. Anyway off to make some interesting blog posts, and add tags to previous posts, as I wasn’t aware that will help to gain followers.
