I’ve gained so much weight back in two days! So upset!

I hate myself so much.

I have to loose weight! I have too!

What can u do?

I’ve tried…

  • Slimming world,
  • Diet pills,
  • Fasting,
  • Exercise,
  • lots of water,
  • Healthy eating!

But I always binge, I always gained so much, even more than where I started!

What else can I try?

I’m struggling so much.

I had 1500kcal yesterday

2 litres of water and

14,000 steps

120 sit ups

Plank

And calculated that I burnt more than I ate

BUT

I hardly lost anything!

I’m hating myself so much right now.

How can I loose weight quicker?

I’m repulsed!

I’ve done it, but not in a good way! I’ve hit obese with my weight!

I’ve never been more angry at myself!

I’m disgusted!

I gained a stone in one month!!!!!

I know I was in hospital but that’s no excuse!

I hate myself!

So today is the day I start to loose all of that and as fast as possible.

I will stick to this plan. I have NO choice!

I will

  • fast for as long as possible,
  • drink lots of water,
  • do my steps and get more steps each day,
  • Be active, no more sitting on the bed all day,
  • Be motivated,
  • Keep track of my weight each day,

I knew I was finding things harder, like bending down, moving, doing daily activities.

But I never knew or guessed I was this fat!

Honestly how stupid am I!

When did I get this big?

I’ve gone from a low weight to overweight and then normal weight… but guess what Im over weight again.

I hate how I look, I’m really going to try to loose the weight and keep it off this time.

From right now I’m going to try to loose the weight, I want to loose at least 20pounds. I want to be well in to the healthy weight according to the nhs bmi chart.

1st December… that came along quick.

I’ve got just over a month too loose thee weight. I have to be determined, I won’t loose the weight if I carry on eating and drinking the way I have been. I need to be strong and discipline myself.

I weigh 144.2lbs. I know fat and gross. I will loose this weight.

First good decision was to not have those biscuits this morning. And I’m planning on going to the gym. I can do this.

44 days… Any support will be very much welcomed.

Reached in to overweight!

I hate myself so much.

I’m so fat and no one can tell me otherwise, I know my weight.

I need to make changes but I really would like support, if your going through weight loss please me.

I’m disgusting, I need to keep moving, I don’t want to be lazy.

I don’t deserve anything nice.

Weightloss plan.

I want to loose a stone. I need to put so much effort in. I will do this.

62 days until I want to reach my goal weight.

So I’ve got 62 days which in my head doesn’t sound a lot it makes me think about every little choice I’m making about food and drink.

Current I’m in an acute mental health ward, after completely loosing touch with life. I will admit now that I’m on the right medication I can see how things are and it’s pretty scary. I’m sectioned under section 2 of the mental health act. I still have 16 days on my section, but I’m hoping I will have my tribunal really soon so I can get out of here.

I’ve learnt my lesson don’t stop or mess around with medication.

Anyway back to the weight loss plan…

Well I don’t really have one. I don’t know what I should do, should I follow my own diet plan? Or something like slimming world, I really have no idea.

Any help appreciated.

What I do know I’m going to do.

  • Medication correctly everyday,
  • Caffeine products,
  • Low kcal or no kcal drinks,
  • Drink at least two litres everyday,
  • Aim 10, 000 steps a day, which is difficult in a small ward,
  • I’m not aiming to starve myself, but I know I need to eat less than I burn,
  • When I get out of here gym three times a week,
  • Try to eat as healthy as possible,
  • Weigh myself once a week I think Fridays.

Any other suggestions please help me, I’m aiming to loose a lot of weight.
