TRIGGER WARNING, scars and bruises.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life.

I didn’t want to go to hospital, so the police came.

I was restrained for hours.

In the end I was handcuffed to a bed for over 14 hours!

I was in so much pain!

I was in a mental health crisis.
