Fasting!

How much weight would you expect I could loose In a 4 day fast?

I’m hoping at least 4lbs! I have too I hate my body, and weight!!!!

Haven’t eaten in 46 hours.

I hope I loose weight!

My mum is trying to loose weight too.

She claims she lost 4lbs the same as me!!!!

BUT

She is eating so much rubbish, and is not exercising!

I’m trying so hard but feel so disappointed that mum isn’t really trying and is loosing the same as me!

I need to loose more weight!

I have too!!!!!

There has to be hope!

I’m fasting!

My last piece of food was the 31st December 2019 at 8 pm.

I’m going too see how long I can fast for!

But I’m sure it won’t be long enough!

I need to shift this weight as soon as possible!

I’m repulsed!

I’ve done it, but not in a good way! I’ve hit obese with my weight!

I’ve never been more angry at myself!

I’m disgusted!

I gained a stone in one month!!!!!

I know I was in hospital but that’s no excuse!

I hate myself!

So today is the day I start to loose all of that and as fast as possible.

I will stick to this plan. I have NO choice!

I will

  • fast for as long as possible,
  • drink lots of water,
  • do my steps and get more steps each day,
  • Be active, no more sitting on the bed all day,
  • Be motivated,
  • Keep track of my weight each day,

I knew I was finding things harder, like bending down, moving, doing daily activities.

But I never knew or guessed I was this fat!

Honestly how stupid am I!

My Longest fast has been… 55 hours.

I fasted for 55 hours, 58 minutes and 16 seconds.

I had some dinner so I’ve started another fast…

My current fast I’m hoping to reach 70 hours!

21 hours I’ve fasted for so far on this fast.

I’m fasting to loose weight, I find the healthy eating and exercise doesn’t work for me.

41 hours in to a fast, I feel so light and floating.

It’s a very addictive feeling.

I was going to cave in yesterday and eat but I’m so glad I didn’t.

The longer I hang on and not eat the more weight I can loose hopefully.

I’ve tried the whole healthy eating and exercise and I don’t find it works for me.

I was only eating one meal a day, which was dinner and I would fast the rest. I didn’t find I was loosing weight.

I want to loose as much weight as possible in the next 2 weeks. I’m going to a concert and I want to feel a bit okay with my body.

“You’ve lost weight but it’s not enough to notice!”

I’ve just been told this!

I went out with my sister and niece/ God daughter to a play group.

It was good I haven’t seen them in two weeks so she hasn’t seen me in about two weeks. I’ve lost a fair amount of weight In that time.

What I heard in my head is her saying…

“You’ve lost a little weight but your still hugh! Your fat and need to loose more.”

She didn’t say that but I guess that’s what I want to hear to fule my obsession about loosing weight it gives me an extra motivation.
