Weight loss plan.

So I need to loose weight and quickly. For me. Not for anything specific.

I’m not really too bothered about healthy WeightLoss, just need a lot and quick

I’m already taking 2 types of diet pills.

I’ve started drinking water a lot about 2 litres of water a day, is that enough?

My usual day is all charted on MyFitnessPal or fit bit apps. But I aim for 1,200 kcal. Is that too much?

I drink about 2 litres of Pepsi max or Diet Pepsi everyday.

I don’t have a plan for meal but I eat lunch and dinner with a late night snack. Should I change this?

I really need some guidance, since moving back in with my parents I’m finding it difficult with food and drinking too much fluid but I’m hoping this can help me get to my weight loss target, which is a loss of 73lbs. I have smaller targets in between but that’s my ultimate goal.

Exercise wise I’m making sure I walk as much as I can inside with out looking suspicious or the opposite lazy.

I weigh myself everyday when I go home.

I had cereal for breakfast! First time in years!

I did it!

I had granola, muller light banana and custard yogurt and a banana.

It was actually nice.

Someone in Holland and Barrett yesterday said having breakfast in the first 30 minutes of waking up increased your metabolism by 30% so it burns more calories through out the day?

Which means you loose weight quicker… is this true????

Slimming world, my first day!

I was surprised by how easy I found it and how good it made me feel!

I had a salad, with light baby bels and a tiny bit of extra light mayo.

I also had some pasta probably had half of what I would have normally had, with salad and a bit of cheese.

Not pictured was dome melon I had!

My Longest fast has been… 55 hours.

I fasted for 55 hours, 58 minutes and 16 seconds.

I had some dinner so I’ve started another fast…

My current fast I’m hoping to reach 70 hours!

21 hours I’ve fasted for so far on this fast.

I’m fasting to loose weight, I find the healthy eating and exercise doesn’t work for me.

Why does the way I view my body always change?

Sometimes I think I actually look okay, and then I look down at my thighs and see myself in the mirror.

I thought I looked ok today, then I saw a glimpse of myself in the shop mirror!

I’m disgusting, I don’t feel that I ever deserve any food ever again. I know this isn’t realistic but I hate myself so much right now!

I’m out shopping with my career and I’m so scared about what people think about me. Are they whispering behind my back saying how gross I look?

I start to hate myself all over again.

When did I get fat?

It feels like yesterday I felt thin and was at my lowest weight this year, the next thing I know I’m back into the overweight category.

I hate myself. I see all or nothing.

What I see in the mirror changes everything time even if I saw it seconds ago, it will be different a second later.

I need to get back down to that weight, it means so much to me to try and loose the weight and feel good about myself.

I’m fat, what I see in the mirror is fat, devil, and distorted. It’s scary.

Ive started pregabline. Need to control my weight! 

I started it on Tuesday 75mg morning and night and today is Friday. I feel so hungry all the time. But I do also feel that the anxious feeling i normally have isn’t there.

I do believe it’s helping a lot. Although I’m terrified of the weight gain side effect. 

I’m going to try to eat and drink healthily, but this isn’t always as easy. My weight has been fluctuating between two pounds different all week. Today that 2lbs has been added. But I haven’t been to the toilet in a week. So it could be that.

I really don’t have alot of sugar or fat in my diet. I normally consume between 700-500kcal, and I do try to burn them off but if you look at previous post, I’ve been diagnosed with a heart condition so I’m not sure if it’s safe to exercise and to what extent. My gp wasn’t very helpful. 

The pregabline is planned to be upped on two weeks if my white blood cells stabilise. 

When I first started it it made me feel like I was floating on a cloud, now I just don’t feel anxious even at times that I usually would feel anxious.

I Couldn’t touch the food.

I was trying to baked cakes, but I found it so difficult. Usually I’m fine and I’m not sure what has changed so quickly. I always get the urge to hurt myself when I’m in the kitchen but this time it was a bit different. 

It was so difficult. I hated the food and ingredients touching me. I was also afraid of gaining weight and adding calories to my body by the smell so had my windows open. It’s a very rare occasion that I open the windows but I had to. I didn’t want the calories to go in to my body, 

Usually I love eating the cake mixture but I couldn’t. It’s making me so anxiousl I couldn’t touch the cake mixture or any of the food. I’m struggling with food right now.
