The voices had been a lot stronger over the last few days. Today they are different, I’m having a break from them. It’s always unusual when they are quiet, it makes me suspicious of what they are planning.
It’s quite a change from yesterday. A lot of things are different from yesterday.
I’m feeling motivated and this hasn’t happened for a few days. I think I’m back in control.
Thank goodness for medication, I think the quetiapine at 1000mg is actually starting to help.
