Was On the way to ireland! 

I was so scared but also excited. 

Never been to Ireland went for the weekend, as it was a family wedding. 

It was a brilliant weekend. 

Although I was very sleepy from my heart medication.

So this month,

  • I’m going to Ireland for a family wedding,
  • My youngest sister turns 10,
  • Father’s Day,
  • I’m having a two week break from therapy,
  • I’m getting a new bed,
  • Aiming to get down to 8:7 stone,
  • Have a monthly blood test,
  • Have a ecg.

It’s a busy month but I’m going to try and make the most of it.

Body check picture. 

I’m at my lowest weight in years, still have two stone to go. But here is how I look now. 

Trying on dresses for a wedding next weekend. Want to loose weight for it so I feel better about how I look. 

I still look fat, but they are problem areas I can work on.
